It Depends
Do you believe God wants to bless you? Jesus actually laid out eight ways we can be blessed in life during one of his earliest teachings. This week we will look at the first of these eight ways we can be blessed and discuss some specific ways that teaching can be applied.
Controlled Strength
Many of us want to make an impact on the world around us. This week we are going to learn about one characteristic that enables us to do just that in the lives of those we come in contract with. It will help with everything from parenting to leading in organizations you are a part of. We hope you’ll join us for week 3 of Blessed.
What I Really Want
There is an emptiness people are trying to fill in their lives. Many people, including followers of Jesus, are searching for something to give themselves purpose and meaning. This weekend we will look at why you may feel this way and some practical ways to address these very real feelings.
They Don't Deserve It
Have you seen one of those games where a player accidentally scores on their own team? Often in life we are told to get what we can while we can. We’re told that is how we win. But what if that isn’t really the answer? This weekend we will see how Jesus says we can be blessed.
Can We Get Along?
Conflict is all around us. There are the obvious wars involving nations, for sure. Couples often don’t see eye to eye on everything and too many marriages end with irreconcilable differences. There is conflict at school and in the work place. Conflict impacts families, friends and acquaintances. Any time people are involved, there is a possibility of conflict. With the reality of so much conflict in our lives, it is important we know how to address it. How to best address it to reach a positive outcome is what we will talk about this week.
Living Lit
